Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We strive hard in making your shopping experience a hassle free and enjoyable. Please read our return policy prior shopping to understand our terms and conditions. We click our photos in natural light so that the product depicted on the website is closest to how it looks in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight color difference seen in the product is unavoidable. Some products and colors also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colors more.

Our products are truly customized and handcrafted. Our artisans had done their level best in the hand embroidery and stitching, there may be a slight variation as human it is human involvement process

In case we do not live up to your expectations, we happily exchange a product with another product. Please reach out to us at namanaa.alankrutha@gmail.com or at +91 7676285484 within 48 hours. After that no return or exchange request would be accepted.

*Products on clearance sale and which are bought during a sale will be considered non-refundable.

*Products should not be used or washed for hygiene purposes.

*Products which are customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Products without the original packaging and tags will not be accepted.

*Products with exchange request will not be processed if the product was customized for the customer

Once the Exchange Request is Approved, we will Reverse pick the product. Kindly keep the product ready in its Original state along with Tags for our delivery partner to pick up. 

The courier company will do a brief audit of the product before accepting the return. Please do co-operate. We will start our process of Replacement within 2-3 days. Once we receive the product, subsequent quality checks are done also. Then we will provide you a store credit amounting the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order. You can use the store credit code with a validity of 1 year for any product listed on our website

Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. Please email the order cancellation requests to namanaa.alankrutha@gmail.com or at +91 7676285484. If an order is cancelled before we ship – we can refund via the payment method you chose while paying. This may take up to 1-5 working days to reflect in your account.
