Customer Service Policy
We are committed to providing the best customer service and quality products. In the unavoidable event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days for an exchange or a full refund.

All garments are recommended to DRY CLEAN only, unless otherwise mentioned.
Measurements of products
Measurements mentioned are approximate to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product and will therefore not always be 100% accurate. Pls email us at namanaa.alankrutha@gmail.com for any further questions.
Color of products
The color of the products may slightly vary due to device digitization and screen/monitor settings. In case, you need more pictures of a product, do Whatsapp at 7676285484 or email us at namanaa.alankrutha@gmail.com and we will try our best to help you.
Missed Delivery : Our logistics partners attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional ₹250. All Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the same is made online aloing with the additional shipping charges.
